Our volunteer organization, Temple Sisterhood Braille Group, provides braille and braille graphics to the visually challenged free of charge. Copier Works sold us two copiers over the years. We use different types of paper for some of our graphics. One is called SwellTouch or "puff paper." Anything black or gray on the puff paper raises up after we send it through a Tactile Image Enhancer machine which is great. What's not so great is when one of us accidentally puts the puff paper upside down through the side tray and the paper melts and becomes stuck to the roller. Don Newgent has come out to pick off each minute piece and clean the roller. He's been so patient and polite. Sometimes he can help us solve our problems over the phone. We truly appreciate his professionalism, understanding, and generosity. We trust him completely.
